Meet Pierce

Pierce Rowan, the founder and director of Rowan Build, has been passionate about building since he was a child.

School didn’t feel like the right fit for Pierce, so he left and began an apprenticeship in carpentry, where he discovered that hands-on building suited him perfectly. It wasn’t until his third year of the apprenticeship that he seriously considered becoming a builder in his own right. Once he started working independently as a carpenter, he realised he didn’t want to go back to working for someone else. To expand beyond carpentry and take on larger, more complex projects, he earned his Builder’s Licence and established Rowan Build.

Today, Pierce is living the career he always envisioned: building high-quality homes, guiding clients through the process, and leading a team committed to exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

When he’s not on site, Pierce enjoys surfing, golfing, CrossFit, and snowboarding. Staying active keeps him focused, energised, and ready to deliver the best for every project.
