The clients wanted to transform their home, retaining only select foundations and two external brick walls, while extending the property and adding a new upper storey. They envisioned a modern, light-filled home that maximised views and incorporated high-end finishes throughout.
We oversaw the full construction process, carefully managing the integration of new and existing structures. We ensured the architect’s design intent was delivered accurately while maintaining the highest quality standards.
The home now maximises light and views, featuring refined architectural details such as a stacked stone entry wall and Alucabond guttering. The result is a striking, functional, and enduring family home.
